Before calling the Support Center, it is advisable to consult the Frequently Asked Questions (only in Hebrew at the moment), in order to have your problem resolved faster!
Entering the helpdesk system with the Technion username and password. for example :
username@technion.ac.il or username@campus.technion.ac.il

Guests or users unrecognized by the system - please call tel. 5600 or click here
  • When reporting e-mail problems, please add your phone number, or enter the system.
  • To see the status of your call, please enter the system.
